2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Casa Rox reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly due to customisation and manufacturing tolerances.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Casa Rox accepts payment via the methods available at checkout. For B2B and bulk orders, payment terms may be arranged separately in writing.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on product availability, customisation requirements, and delivery location. Casa Rox offers pan India delivery. For international (Middle East) orders, timelines and costs will be communicated separately.

5. Custom Orders

Custom and bespoke orders require a confirmed purchase order and advance payment. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and trademarks on this website are the property of Casa Rox. Our 900+ registered designs are legally protected. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
